Meet Alanna

I’m Alanna, a registered social worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide psychotherapy services to adults, couples, and adolescents (12+), specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, neurodivergence, identity issues, couples and relationship challenges.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental approach tailored to each client’s unique strengths, drawing on evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+, and neurodivergent communities.

With a Master of Social Work from Carleton University and a commitment to ongoing professional development, I support clients in their healing journeys. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, creating art, being outside and spending time with my partner, and friends, and playing with my rescue dog, Millie.

Sessions are $190 for individuals and $200 for couples. Please confirm insurance coverage for psychotherapy by a registered social worker. I look forward to connecting with you!
